As Partner-in-Charge of the Nonprofit Industry, I'm responsible for setting the firm's strategic vision and structure within the nonprofit industry. Eide Bailly will continue to expand the nonprofit industry by providing purposeful solutions to our clients through communication of industry developments, best practices, and specialized training to our clients.

I assist a variety of nonprofit organizations and private foundations with tax consulting, planning and compliance services. I work with organizations to identify potential unrelated business income activities, develop positions for treatment and cost allocation methodologies. In addition, I work with organizations to understand the impact of tax law and reporting changes and develop strategies to address these changes. I lead Firmwide training sessions on issues of significance related to tax-exempt organizations and speak on issues related to tax-exempt organizations.
