Manage chemical program including chemical approvals and tracking, chemical reporting (including TSCA CDR, SARA 311/312, Chemical weapons, CFC's, etc). Worked to implement a chemical module of an environmental management information system. Also managed the task module of the EMIS. Developed and led training on chemical programs for employees and contractors.

Managed the Environmental Management Information System Program. Implemented three different EMIS modules (task, chemical and air) for the corporation to be used at over 100 domestic locations. Managed an implementation firm and worked with internal operation staff to meet needs and requirements. Project was on-time and within budget.

Managed multi-media environmental compliance programs (Hazardous and non hazardous waste, Stormwater, UST/AST, SPCC, SARA, and Air, Drinking water) for aircraft and vehicle maintenance facilities nationwide. Managed EMS, EMIS, liability/remediation ( including a RCRA Part B site) and National consultant and waste contracts.Developed, implemented and managed a company wide drinking water program which included leading negotiations with EPA on the terms of an Administrative Order on Consent. Managed drinking water staff.

Acted as the lead on a wide variety of projects for various consultants. Work included managing project for SARA reporting, Phase I and II's, investigation and remediations, tank removals and a variety of other client needs.
