I am currently responsible for accumulating new and preserving existing referral business @ WME. In the last 10 years, I have helped to grow our business in the way of assisting with expanding product lines and increased product knowledge to be able to communicate this to referral sources. I have been personally responsible for acquiring new accounts that have brought a stream of new revenue to the organization. I attend community outreaches that have also increased our revenue by promoting our lines of products and services. I am constantly evaluating new situations and how we can capture these audiences. I am also responsible for keeping current on insurance guidelines, accreditation requirements and other aspects of the business to keep us in the market.

As Customer Service Manager, I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of that staff. Making sure orders were clean and correct so we could bill quickly and accurately. I also assisted with the retail operation of the organization. I called insurance companies to check eligibility, assisted customers via phone and walk-in and addressed any issues (whether positive or negative) that our customers had. I was also responsible for the staff's yearly evaluations and keeping them abreast of the changing product lines, organizational policies/procedures and any other helpful information to assist them in their daily job.
