My responsibilities included provide primary employee relation support for over 500 employees. Conduct internal investigations; serve on search committees, interview prospective employees/transfers. Deliver and provide quality programming for internal client course work. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Experience with budgets, budget forecasting, and basic financial reporting. Supervisory experience with direct reports of departments ranging from 5 to 30 employees.
