CFTs provide unprecedented business intelligence for the Army Executive Team to efficiently identify and manage investment and divestment opportunities by assessing them against the Army’s key modernization priorities. • Developed eight Army Directives (new Army policies) instituting enterprise process improvements across several processes such as requirements management--reduces average Army requirements approvals from 3-5 years to 12 months or less. • Devised and facilitated science and technology program reviews that enabled the Army Executive Team to realign $1.1 Billion towards bold reform of modernization priorities and accelerated numerous technological solutions with no major impact to current Army capabilities.• Instituted Army-wide process improvements enabling agile processes and rapid delivery of warfighting capability to Soldiers.• Planned and presented analyses for executive governance boards: the Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC), Army Requirements Board (ARB), and Army Capabilities Board (ACB) that changed modernization priorities for a five year planning cycle (fiscal years 2018 through 2023) and improves the Army's competitive advantage making it more lethal, capable, and efficient.• Developed and implemented strategic initiatives and achieved strategic outcomes across three major business areas: Enterprise Governance, Enterprise Process Improvement, and Business Intelligence.
