 Worked on a General Insurance Core System Implementation assignment at Pioneer Insurance, Philippines for its Motor Line of Business. Consulting for Business Process Management and Document Management Systems for New Business, Payments, and Claims departments of KTAXA Thailand.  Worked on a consulting assignment for a Paperless BPM solution, for Guardian Insurance, Caribbean.

 Worked on a consulting and implementation project with my team, to deliver a Paperless Document Management solution, for FWD Singapore for their IFA New Business and Agency Department. Since March 2019 till early 2020, have been working as a Program Manager for a specific business unit within the organization focusing on delivering specialized services and projects to key customers. Was responsible for understanding and delivering project scope with a dedicated team within budgeted time and resources for Claims and Policy Servicing departments for a Paperless Document Management, Workflow and a Customer Portal for FWD Indonesia. During this time also managed several small consulting and implementation requests from FWD Malaysia for their document management solution and FWD Vietnam for their portal application. Responsible to lead the business consultants (Head of Business Consulting), from 2017 to 2019. Resource Management, forecasting, recruitment, appraisals and allocation of business analysts globally to all projects, products or pre-sales activities. Responsible for mentoring, training and cater to the growth needs of business analysts. Responsible for formulating all requirement gathering practices for various types of projects like BPM / ECM, RPA, Chatbots and other Web Applications. Also acted as the Product Owner / manager for Pencil – Packaged BPM Processes and solutions for Life Insurance New Business, Policy Servicing and Claims and Corporate Loan Requests for Banking.

 Responsible as Principal Consultant for NTUC Income, Singapore – to provide a Solution to enable Faster Product Launch for Insurance Products. Requirements Gathering and Implementation of AWPL Product Packager which allows Insurance companies to launch new products in minimum time along with a portal for agents, distributors and staff to sell these off-the-shelf insurance products to customers. Responsible for Principal Consulting and Program Management for Bangkok Insurance, Thailand – multiple phased and parallel projects to transform their existing iProcess BPM System to a new IBM BPM and Oracle SOA based System for automation of Non-Life Insurance Operations (Motor and Non Motor Products – Backoffice processes). Responsible for Lead BPM Process Consulting for the Banking Industry, Trade Finance Processes (Import / Export Letter Of Credit, Documentary Collections, Local and Inward / Outward Foreign Guarantees, Shipping Guarantees, Airway Releases, Forward Exchange Contracts, Bank & Country Risk Handling) at Standard Bank, South Africa and STANBIC, Nigeria

 Responsible for Lead BPM Process Consulting and Project Management for Prudential Singapore (PACS) – a project to upgrade their current Workflow and Imaging System by implementation of Workflow Upgrades, Smart User Interfaces, Dynamic Work-Load Distribution and advanced reporting. Responsible for Lead Business Analysis for a BPM and ECM Project implementation for AVIVA Singapore. Was acknowledged as a key contributor to the Program Implementation Success. Have effectively shown multi-skills to contribute to the project from pre-sales stages, project planning and management, requirement gathering to rollout support to Business. Responsible for Lead Business Analysis for Prudential Services Asia, Malaysia (PSA) – a project on designing, developing and implementing workflow processes for Life Insurance Operations for Prudential Singapore (PACS). Have effectively shown multi-skills to contribute to the project from pre-sales stages, project planning and management, requirement gathering to rollout support to Business.

 Worked on Lead Business Analysis for Prudential Services Asia, Malaysia (PSA) on an upgrade and migration project on the existing Imaging and Workflow solution and framework of Prudential Malaysia (PAMB). Responsible for BPM & ECM Performance Measurement Practice in the organization Responsible for Product Management of Insure Sphere, which comprises of Packaged Processes for the Insurance Industry - Life and General Insurance (over 35 Pre-Packaged Process designs made for various major Insurance Back Office Operations in New Business, Policy Servicing, Underwriting, Claims, Customer Servicing / Contact Center, Channel Management / Agency Administration) Was instrumental in Creating a Requirement Gathering Practice and Methodology – specific to BPM and ECM Projects, under the guidance of a co-founder and director of the organization

 Was a Lead BPM / ECM Consultant and conducted process consulting, modelling and designing of workflow processes of New Business department for the largest private life insurance company in India, ICICI Prudential India using Omni Docs and IBM MQ Workflow. Conducted the Document Management Modelling at Aviva Life Insurance Company, India and their process design and implementations of New Business and Policy Servicing departments. Conducted Document Management Modelling, Developed architecture templates and practices for Content Management, and BPM Workflow consulting assignments for Kotak Life Insurance Company Limited, India.

 Was a Business Analyst working for multiple business areas like HR Management, Excise management, and Inventory Management Was playing a mixed role at a start-up organization to work as pre-sales consultant to executing business analyst role.
