Recording guest complaints/ grievances and ensuring corrective action and service recovery5) Supervising the front desk staff and assisting in handling check in, check out, room change, luggage handling, data maintenance and so on6) Conducting departmental training as per the training schedule and conducting training sessions pertaining to Front Office for new joined employees7) Keeping cash float intact as per policies and procedures and deposit cash, credit card slips and city ledger bills accompanied with the supporting by the end of each shift as per shift report. 8) Handling reservation queries in the absence of Reservations and reconciling the Housekeeping discrepancy report with the Front Desk status report.9) Working closely with House Keeping, Private dining and Engineering for all guest requirements, preferences and requests
