The turnover of Rs.6500 crore + from milk and dairy alone makes it one of the largest food companies in India with huge scale of operations and extremely stringent process measures to control a highly perishable product category. Set up the Marketing footprint in the organization. Constructed the marketing structure - recruited the right people in the team and agencies for media, creative, social media, PR and research. Initiated and launched the social media campaign for Mother Dairy. Also spearheaded the launch of the Mother Dairy website. Led an integrated marketing campaign "Ma Jaisa Koi Nahin" to revitalize the core elements of the iconic Mother Dairy Brand. Constructed the brand architecture for Dairy business and Launched the new pack design for polypack milk - a change that the category saw after 14 years.
