Lead the Electrical team of BSRM Steels( Melting-2).I worked on Induction Furnace, CCM, Overhead Crane and so many Electrical equipment's to the plant.

1. Look after the Electrical activities of Electrical ARC Furnace.2. Look after the ABB and SIEMENS PLC.3. Look after the SIEMENS DRIVES.

1. To attend the Electrical breakdown to run the equipment as usual.2. To ensure that all Electrical employees working in the assigned area follow Lafarge safety guide line. 3. Handle the third party who involved different Electrical Jobs (Like Electrical Maintenance, Lighting and HVAC system maintenance)4. To prepare, maintain and control the yearly Electrical Budget. 5.Review of electrical spares requirement of the Electrical Department. 6.To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the superior. 7. Management to attain the plant objectives.8.Participated in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of different Incidents. 8.Development of Sub -ordinates by imparting training to junior & Contract workmen (Like HT Circuit Breaker, HT Motor, Transformer etc.)

Review of electrical spares requirement of the Electrical Department. 3.To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the superior. 3. Management to attain the plant objectives.Achievements:● Successfully completed the Electrical Commissioning work( To check the PLC input,/output, to take IR value of the Motor, to test the motor and take readings etc).● To know the function of different instrument like Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter,LVDT etc.
