I.       Designing, consultancy & supervision of operation, Industrial waste water treatment Plant & Sewage Treatment Plant for Square Denims & Washing Ltd., Square Apparels Ltd., Square Fashions Ltd., Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Square Life Science Ltd., Square Aggravate and Herbal medicines, Square Pesticides, Square Toiletries and Food industries & Square Hospitals Ltd and discharge water quality is maintained according to Govt. Regulations & International guideline.     II.          IEE, TOR, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), & Environmental Management Program (EMP) for ECC from Dept. of Environment of the factories of Square Group.    III.      Centrally controlled the Operational team of different factories and instructedthe Process development and knowledge sharing.   IV.      Monitoring air quality, sound level, waste water quality and solid waste management for pollution control of all factories.    V.      Working as Management Representative for ISO14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 of Textile division.   VI.       Consultancy, supervision and maintaining the quality of, Production Process water, Drinking water, Industrial water(boiler, chiller and cooling tower) of all factories in Square Group. VII.      Chemical management to follow the complete MSDS, SDS and RSL guide line.VIII.          Supervision of erection, commissioning and plant operation of Caustic Soda Recovery Plant and Incineration Boiler.Implementation and Supervision of Iron Removal Plant, Soft Water Plant and Organic Fertilizer Plant.

Working as a teacher on wastewater treatment, designed and regulation, chemical management and water reclamation.

A.    Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP): ( BioChemical Treatment)                i.          Maintained the management of the ETP staffs, Plant Operation, monitor overall safety, instruction of Chemical use, technical supports and training to the relevant persons.               ii.          Analyzed pH, DO, BOD5, COD, TDS, TSS, TH, Fe, Heavy metals (Zn, Pb, Cr, Cd etc) ,color and quality  check of process chemicals.B.    Caustic Recovery Plant & Iron Removal Plant:                 i.          Operation, maintenance and supervised the Triple Effect Evaporator to recovery Caustic Soda from waste liquor.                ii.          Installation, operation, maintenance and supervised of Iron removal plant, drinking water plant and soft water plant to maintain industrial water quality.
