- Formulation of HR policies and strategy guidelines for smooth functioning of the organization.- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.- Involved in end to end hiring and sourcing for all levels.- Determine the training needs of the employees and undertake training for new hires and existing workforce on policies and soft skills.- Facilitate and manage the induction for new hires.-Steering the Performance Management process across the organization.- Payroll Management.- Managing the overall central HR operational and administrative activities.- Designing pilot studies for product testing.- Writing study reports for publication purpose.- Developing and writing content for product branding and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:- Involved in the full recruitment cycle and deciding on the recruitment strategy for the requirement of people at all levels.-Efficiency in conducting campus drives across various cities.-Conduct induction program for the new employees to create awareness on the Organizational policy and processes.-Handling the payroll administration with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, Loans, Advances, and Reimbursements.-KPI tracking for all employees in the organization for inputs in the payroll administration.-Auditing the payroll for zero error and Management Approval.-Handling employee's Full & Final settlement , Exit Interview Process.-Preparing & rolling out new policies periodically owing to organization needs and goals.
