Debasis is working as a Sponsor Donor Services Associate. He is responsible for processing the Beneficiary sponsorship, Beneficiary survival and other field program communication resources in an accurate and timely manner and as per the organizations standard and guidelines. He has been serving as an advocate for under privilege beneficiary globally. This includes being informed about the issues of beneficiary and influencing others to care of them. Debasis coordinates with the team and executes the task of gathering communications resource from the stakeholders. He delivers production schedules with deadlines as well as feedback on the quality of information received. Debasis collaborate with other program communication team members and program implementation specialists for various communication information processing. He also generates, organizes, records, and tracks Beneficiary information and correspondence documents besides monitoring quality of documents and prepares them for entry into the data base to process in the Portal.Debasis has been used as a resource person to train and develop associates and partners. He has also been used as a translator and facilitator for various sponsor visits.
