Responsible for bottom line profitability and revenue generation as per target of the units.Ensuring adherence to quality standards in the unit operations.Ensuring optimum utilization and maintenance of facilities & services.Implementing the Performance Appraisal Plan for the staff, Finalization of KRAs, Evaluating & providing feedback.Enabling the employees development by specifying their job competencies & through training.To optimize expenditure by cutting costs and enhance profit margins.follow up the payments from hotels. Recruiting operations Staffs.Setup new outlets in different hotels pan India basis.

Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.Keep documentation and maintain client’s files.Keep a clean and stocked room.Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues.Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.Manage overall operations of the spa.Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.Managing spa team members and beauty therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service and ongoing development.Drive team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets through a creative approach to delivering alternative programs to core fitness-based schemes.Meeting department annual budget and be accountable for maintaining and operating within financial targets as well as net movement.Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programmed improvement.Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis.Liaise with other hotel departments.Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members.Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed.
