All the releases are handled on a quarterly basis.The Authorization Performance Testing and Tuning team is responsible for undertaking quarterly release based regression testing, special service based testing and project specific regression testing, where we look for positive/negative impact on the whole authorization system, identify defect areas and log/escalate the defect in QC based on the severity.Role:• Conducted:o Manual Testing on performance of MasterCard’s Authorization Systemo Quarterly Release Based Regression Testing during every quarterly release• Interacted with the clients for answering queries, following up and providing updates regarding the testing• Functioned as a Primary Offshore Resource for inControl service including coordination with multiple onsite teams based at St. Louis, Dublin and Malaysia• Developed scripts for monitoring the health of the testing platform• Looked after documentation of quarterly performance test report and tracked execution of test• Documented testing procedures and tips/tricks for the new team members• Looked after setting up of test bed and configuration of test tool• Formulated performance test reports• Participated in onsite and offshore status meetings• Organised KT sessions for new team membersHighlights:• Suggesting enhancements for:o Improving system performanceo Enhancing capacity of system from 600 TPS to 1000 TPS globally• Devised training documents for Master Card for training new joiners• Steered initiatives to ensure that effective test documentation was in place Show less
