Contributed to the association's digital road map as a senior team member of APA's digital team. Served as product manager and user experience designer for APA.org and sister sites. Projects included:* Digital strategist for APA’s Integrated Health Care Alliance, a federally funded health-care initiative. Led design of program enrollment and user journey through program; led messaging workshops and delivered copy. * Project lead for 2017 redesign of APA’s advocacy section, including strategy, design, content modeling, content migration and production, and go-live plan. * Project lead for 2016 homepage and visual redesign of APA.org. This project successfully piloted a cross-functional collaborative design process to produce a homepage focused on user needs, rather than organizational priorities.* Lead user experience designer for 2016 redesign of APA.org membership section.* Project lead for 2015 launch of responsive design on APA web sites, including close collaboration with visual design and senior developers.

Develop and execute content revision and QA plan for two-year redesign of APA web properties totaling 24,000 pages; collaborate with IT on project management; spearhead reorganization of APA web staff into a centralized team and build relationships with new internal clients; hire and supervise web content editors; create and revise wireframes and content object model for web pages, search, e-commerce and member portals; make usability recommendation to developers; supervise placement of content on www.apa.org; provide web analytics reports; disseminate web best practices to APA staff.
