With over 25 years of experience in the banking and credit union industry, I have developed a diverse set of skills and knowledge that enable me to support daily department business functions, handle member and employee escalations, and participate in credit union wide projects. As the Digital Operations Manager, I oversee the ACH, wires, deposit operations, overdraft program, and returns.In addition to my operational responsibilities, I am passionate about helping others grow and succeed through training and development. I hold a Training Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and have multiple certifications in diversity, inclusion, and belonging. I have also completed a master's degree in educational/instructional media design, which allows me to create engaging and effective learning experiences for internal and external customers.
