I work directly with our members to help extract health care data from their IT systems to support our business intelligence tools and consulting processes. To ensure integrity and accuracy of the data for downstream efficiency, I perform validations upon the data using SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Excel and other tools as need. I work with the IT staff to automate data files for recurring submission. I communicate closely with both internal and external customers to ensure projects move swiftly and expectations are met in a timely fashion.

This position is responsible for all operational aspects of the Supply Chain Tech Ops Clinical Data Processes. This position provides leadership, guidance, technical and industry expertise for the Clinical Data team, Provides day-to-day operational oversight of client data transfer from initial data extraction to customer use. Manages issues related to data acquisition, timely processing, data accuracy, staff accountability and timeliness of meeting client expectations. Directly responsible for the day to day operations for clinical data in client data turnaround times, and communications to facilitate a scalable data processing methodology. This position provides appropriate support to other product lines and product line staff such as, Service Line Analytics, Clinical Consulting, Cost Study, and other product lines as appropriate.
