- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among developers, designers, and other stakeholders.- Ensure projects are completed on time by managing deadlines and adjusting plans as necessary.- Ensure the final product meets quality standards and client expectations.- Implement improvements for future projects.

- Support contact center technology teams in orchestrating multiple work streams across projects and agile support teams, including working with other United application development teams;- Track and manage issue resolution for contact center applications;- Lead and execute scrum-of-scrum (SoS) ceremonies across multiple scrum teams and share leading agile practices with scrum teams focused on SWAT-related issues;- Establish a single repository of issues, risks, and action items across all teams to maintain traceability of issue resolutions and drive insights to recommend permanent solutions.

- Coding, Testing, Documentation in the areas of Development and Maintenance; - Ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables;- Liaison with Business Analysts and/or internal customers to ensure that requirements are understood- Production, preparation and execution of unit test plans;- Production of efficient and fully documented code;- Production of supporting technical and installation documentation for internal and external publication;- Achievement of agreed productivity targets in order to ensure developments are delivered within budget, to schedule and to defined quality standards;- Completion of all necessary software and non-software components in the timescales as defined by the Project Manager;- Tech Specs, Code and/or Unit Test Plans produced are all in line with the Traceability Matrix/Functional Specification;- Timely and accurate reporting of project status as required by Line or Project Manager;- Escalate all issues in a timely fashion.
