Promoted in 2012 to Sr Field Sales Rep. In this position I support new and existing sales reps through training and mentoring and assisting with operational activities within their territory. Perform training both in person and on zoom on product knowledge and administrative responsibilities. Serve on account and product teams representing the region to give and gather information communicating what is happening in the field. The above responsibilities are in addition to my normal sales activities.

Field Sales Rep calling on major Home Improvement Centers, JCPenneys, and Budget Blinds representing custom window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery, in the Akron/Canton/Youngstown areas. Train store associates on all Springs products and assisted store associates selling to the consumer. Work with all levels of management to ensure all sales associates were knowledgeable and comfortable selling custom window treatments. Other responsibilities include performing resets, product updates and merchandising, training in both small and large group settings, and growing sales with in my geographical area.

Mansfield/Columbus Oh

Performed merchandising services at Lowe’s Home Improvement centers covering Mansfield OH and the Columbus OH area. Products serviced included window treatments and home decor, furniture, and flooring.
