Serving as the Contracting Officer's Representative for the CCtCap contract for the Commercial Crew Program. Duties include: technical liaison with the Commercial Providers providing performance monitoring, review of their progress, and support to the Government insight activities.

As a member of the Commercial Crew Program SE&I office, our team is responsible for system engineering and requirements formulation and verification, and integration for technical insight/oversight functions. The CCP manages the acquisition and development of end-to-end transportation systems to transport crew safely to/from the International Space Station. The CCP assures the service requirements are formulated and conveyed to the commercial providers and manages the transportation system certification process and its supporting technical insight/oversight functions.

Served as the Launch Vehicle Processing Directorate Command, Control, Communications (CCC), Avionics, Simulation and Imagery Manager responsible for management of all NASA formulation and implementation activities associated with development and operation of these systems in support of processing and launch of flight vehicles, and the utilization of associated ground systems infrastructure and equipment; Recognized as the directorate lead integrator and senior consultant, providing guidance to personnel and leading teams of NASA and contractor employees from diverse organizations; Included the responsibility for management of planning, coordination, integration, and scheduling of formulation and implementation activities, and representation of the Launch Vehicle directorate to program managers, other center organizations, and contractors; established, with other directorate elements, policies and management procedures to be followed in accomplishing program/mission objectives; Performed work that included developing concepts for pre-launch, launch, and landing activities, developing launch and landing plans, and evaluating launch and landing operation processes and operations; Provided a single point of contact for the resolution of issues relating to the development and operation of CCC, avionics, simulation, and imagery products and processes.

Performed work which included advising and consulting on, coordinating, negotiating, and resolving complex technical issues typically relating to Shuttle Processing with contractor and civil servant personnel, including engineering, operations, logistics and mission assurance; ensured products had sufficient preparation, planning, assessment, accurate and professional content and layout, met program and design requirements, and had the proper level of review and approval; represented the Shuttle Processing Directorate at the various Shuttle Program and Directorate configuration change control boards, panels, and reviews; ensured the Shuttle Processing Level III boards remained effective and provided the proper level of review and approval; performed technical integration and managerial functions related to special projects in the Technical Integration Branch of the Project Control Office.
