Supervise, manage and provide leadership to Center Coordinators, and Case Managers. Ensures implementation of and compliance with federal, regional, state, and local standards and regulations. Facilitates individual professional development of assigned area staff. Ensures the health, safety and developmentally appropriate classroom experiences of children participating in our program.

I indirectly supervise 6 Center Managers and 32 teachers, working with part of the educational team; providing trainings to the teaching staff on Developmentally Appropriate Activities for children in the classrooms. Conduct frequent center visits and classroom observations to determine the needs and work together with staff to develop a plan to incorporate best practices in the classrooms. Participated in interviewing teaching staff. Attended and present educational topics at monthly parent meetings. Performed the duties of Interim Center Coordinator, which included; supervision, yearly evaluations and disciplinary action of 7 staff, conducted monthly mandatory safety drills, compliance of licensing rules, maintained staff files, prepared reports and required documents, and ordered needed supplies for classroom, managed Step Up to Quality funds and day to day operation of center.
