Graphic design responsibilities include developing informative maps, native plant walking tours and city information kiosks. Utilize software such as Canva, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Constant Contacts and Adobe to create and manage diverse content and administrative tasks. Lead as program administrator of several initiatives, including Economic Impact Studies, using foot traffic data to guide citywide economic strategies, the No Butts Left Behind cigarette litter prevention program, the Geneva Historic Building Revitalization program and It's Time to Explore tourism program to promote the Finger Lakes region and attract visitors. Obtain nonprofit funding through research, writing letters of intent and extensive grant proposals and preparing written project reports and financials, with a 24% grant approval rate. Legal assistant duties include all forms and legal paperwork to obtain tax exemption and formation of 501(c)(3) status, assuring all filings and certifications are up to date. Represent the organization at conferences and staff meetings, present work done on programs and events through my event coordinator duties on the Hometown Heroes veterans banner program, partnering with the American Legion, and the Glorious Garlic Festival, which drew almost 15,000 people, to showcase the wine and food industry in the Finger Lakes region.

Lead the task force and coordinated events, lectures, tours and the solar eclipse viewing experience throughout the city of Geneva, New York for 20,000 visitors. Created festival brochures and maps, social media graphic design, marketing throughout the state and beyond, creation and management of a public website, working with local businesses and nonprofit organizations in a city and county-collaborated event. Designed logos, created merch and managed a stakeholder website for three day festival. Was one of three task forces noted at both the nation-wide eclipse conference and the international conference, with presentations for each. Administered grants for the renovation of one of the oldest observatories in the state, created a solar eclipse souvenir magazine and led an astronomy and earth art exhibition for dozens of artists and thousands of visitors. Collaborated with dozens of businesses, nonprofits and municipalities within the Finger Lakes to put on a once in a lifetime event.
