Bank reconciliations (6 bank accounts), credit card payment reconciliations (customer payments), payroll processing, sales commission calculation, and 401K computation and deposits Built great rapport with both vendors and customers. Handled all paperwork for company vehicles (10+). Filed and calculated monthly heavy equipment tax and sales tax. Dealt closely with GE Capital - submission of required paperwork for financing of purchased equipment, monthly curtailment payments, interest payments, and timely payoff of equipment that had been sold.
