Started off as an instructor, then became promoted to lead instructor, where I acted as the role of the administrator.The purpose of this role is to run the at home tutoring sessions, implementing work out plans, and creating work out books for each of the students. It would also include tutoring the students through web cams, as we create worksheets for each individual student daily. Not only is it required for us to keep a fun and energetic environment for students, it's also crucial to make sure students are focused on their task and not getting distraction (especially the students getting tutored from home).Essentially, I often run the at home tutoring sessions, as well as tutoring students face to face within the center. Some other responsibilities include speaking to parents (clients), and ensuring the environment is always clean, safe, and enthusiastic!
