• Responsible for the day to day management of the Virtua retirement programs including Pension, 401(k), 403(b) and 457(b) plans.
• Manage the work flow of retirement vendors to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with company policy as well as federal and state regulations.
• Provide consultation to employees and retirees on the retirement process as well as other company benefits.
• Preform pension benefit calculations and ensure accuracy of system generated information.

• Responsible for the Virtua Tuition Assistance program including application review, determination of eligibility and payment distribution.
• Acted as a key contact for employees’ general questions or concerns regarding Virtua benefit programs.
• Performed various payroll activities including keying pay rate changes, paycheck deductions, tax changes, PTO/Sick Time Adjustments, etc.
• Served as point person for employment verifications requests for all current and former Virtua employees.
• Assisted in the development and planning of Virtua’s annual open enrollment periods.

• Worked closely with clients to identify and create tailored recruiting strategies to meet their organization’s staffing needs.
• Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and administering testing for qualified candidates for a wide range of positions (executive, management, office support, general labor, etc.) in a high-volume.
• Update and maintain TempTrax system to track candidate skills and qualifications for current and future hiring needs.
• Created a business process and database to organize office sales efforts and client information.
• Completed background, credit, and motor vehicle checks and drug screens on candidates as required.
• Completed state unemployment claim forms and attended appeal trials as necessary.
