Qualified Mental Health Counsellor in private practice. I use a range of modalities to approach issues with clients who seek assistance in dealing with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, self esteem, goal setting, bereavement, trauma, anger management, relationship breakdown, workplace grievances, teen concerns, elderly concerns, life changes, self harm.Working together, the aim is to begin to bring about self awareness in order to halt negative behaviours and patterns that can lead to loss of identity, cause concern for safety, and also cause relationship misalignment. In my practice, the overall approach seeks to help my clients improve their mental (and emotional) well-being by learning strategies and skills that will then result in the implementation of healthier, and more long term-positive individual and relationship outcomes.
