Y Soft was committed to transforming their leading print management software into a cloud-native microservice architecture solution.My role as the Product Marketing Manager for the Cloud was to build the business model, define & document data-driven requirements, own & develop the strategic 12 month roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally and with partners to ensure the smooth adoption of new cloud products within their portfolio at launch & beyond.- Coordinated and led Beta program and GTM activities from the product management and product marketing perspectives - Designed & tested the end-to-end customer service experience in conjunction with cross-function leads in UX, DevOps, Customer Support, Finance, Partner Programs and Project Management to identify and rectify any potential roadblocks in the customer experience.- Was strong cloud security and continuous integration & deployment advocate, participating in the Security Steering Committee for ISO27001 certification.

Delivered the world’s first attribute-based access-controlled information management and collaboration product to the classified cloud information management end-user market (government). A multi-tenanted secure cloud offering, it could also be purchased and managed as a private cloud solution.- Conceptualised and defined the product and its brand, requirements, go-to-market model, user interface design and interactions, business rules, use cases and user stories. - Led the software development and marketing teams through multiple releases to successful launch. - Market tested and publicly demonstrated early prototypes and builds to ensure product-market fit.- Supported Pre-Sales efforts and was Consulting SME for solutions and training - Implemented multiple digital marketing channels- Sourced and managed multiple external service providers (PR, social, web, graphic design)- Developed investment memorandums, investor roadshow presentations, media and investor announcements and vision/mission statements that carried the company through IPO to public listing (AUD$8m fully subscribed).- Was trusted advisor to the CEO and performed the Acting CEO role during absences- Implemented Intellectual Property (IP) recording system and liaised with IP lawyers to ensure appropriate trademarking and patent registrations were successfully submitted in AUS, NZ and EU.

- Revitalised, promoted and delivered wholly-online ‘at-risk’ semester-length business and academic communications training courses - achieving a 600% increase in student numbers within a one-year period.- Lobbied stakeholders successfully to get a course included as a selective unit within all postgraduate programs, and to have an advanced course option included into the Master of Business Administration degree program.- Advocate for the transformation of higher education teaching through delivery of technical and pedagogical workshops on learning management systems (e.g. Moodle) and other technologies being used for online learning course delivery (e.g. Blackboard Collaborate).

- Investigated the impact of cognitive load and information complexity on the air traffic controllers and how user interface design impacts situational awareness, aviation safety and the effectiveness of mission-critical environments. - Conducted speech and cognitive analysis tests, human experiments and the gathered critical user data through international industry interviews. - Coauthored journal papers and industry magazine articles within the neurocognitive and aviation domains.- Member of a Research Project team funded by Eurocontrol (European Air Traffic Control)
