I have over ten years of experience in Salesforce.com administration and Sales Operations. I'm currently a Sr. System Analyst for Salesforce at Biomarin supporting global operations.My previous job was at Fortinet, supporting a Salesforce org with >2000 users. My experience there includes customization and configuration such as custom objects, formula fields, workflow rules, validation rules, user training, and advanced analytics. I was involved in transitioning the org to the Lightning Experience interface as well as implementing Salesforce CPQ.At my previous company I had dual roles as Salesforce Administrator and Inside Sales Manager, which gave me a good understanding of how sales reps want and need to use Salesforce and other tools. At this company, I was involved with the initial implementation of Salesforce and was responsible for implementing various process improvements using Salesforce and associated applications. I also was involved in implementing marketing automation there.
