As facility planner for the new 1.2 million square foot facility, my role consisted of:• managing a $12 million furniture budget (final procurement came in 15% under budget)• confirming furniture requirements for the new facility with leadership, management and end users• verifying that all specifications provided by the architect were available and comply with hospital standards• procuring furnishings from six local vendors• coordinating and overseeing deliveries and installations
