It is a three part series where in order to enter students must write an essay, submit two letters of recommendation and provide a copy of their transcript. From there they are put through several professional development workshops on resumes, dress attire, elevator pitches and interviewing. Students are then put through a phone interview, a panel interview and one-on-one interviews with tenured hiring sales managers. Throughout the entire program students receive one-on-one mentoring and feedback from these tenured sales professionals.
