Brevard County and Central Florida’s Space Coast are great places to live and work, which is why I, Debbie Strawhand, chose to call it home. With roots in North Carolina and after spending over 18 years in Atlanta, my family and I moved to Satellite Beach in 2014 to fulfill our dream of living on the water.I began my career in real estate in 2017, bringing with me a solid foundation from the environmental industry, backed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Georgia State University. During those years, I honed my client relationship skills as a Client Manager, which have served me well in real estate. I am passionate about ensuring the real estate process is smooth with frequent updates and a proven process to track all parts of the sale, thereby reducing my client’s stress. Whether it’s managing stressful showings for sellers or negotiating contracts that are “wins” for buyers, I am there every step of the way. My know-how and experience continually help me exceed my clients' expectations.As part of the Avanti Way Realty family, a firm built on advanced technology to empower agents to be the best in the industry, I strive to provide a service that exceeds clients' expectations.
