It thrills me to come along-side people who pursue sales excellence, realizing that ongoing learning is the key to being adaptable in our ever-changing marketplace.Although I've worked with multi-national and mid-level companies, my passion is to help small business owners create a sales approach that reflects their high-integrity values and yields consistently superior customer experiences. Happy customers buy more and tell others about their experience bringing the kind of business everyone wants-- referral business. In 2019 I authored a book called "Sell Like Jesus: 7 Characteristics of Christ for Ethical Sales" in which I walk the reader through a mindset shift that allows them to sell with competence and confidence. The realization that Jesus is the best role model for effective communication, especially in difficult conversations, is what drove me to apply what he did to sales conversations. I love giving back in the form of public speaking on the topic of effective communication -- in sales, and in life. In the last 12 months I've spoken to business networking groups, non-profits, shared-workspace entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, Christ-centered business owners and workplace missionaries.
