I have worked beside people just like you in the United States, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.A little bit about me...- I have a Bachelors of Arts in History with Education Minor from Texas A&M University SA. Graduated 4.0 GPA. My focus of study included medieval military history, pedagogy, and bilingual education.- I am a certified Maxwell Team member licensed to speak, coach, and train Maxwell curriculum. - I have a love for languages. I have native fluency in English, an intermediate grasp of Russian, and beginner skills in Spanish and German. I took a course on Russian at the Language and Culture Institute in Spokane Washington and have four years’ experience working in Eastern Europe while immersed in Russian speaking communities. At West Point I studied German, and as a native San Antonio resident, I get to practice my Spanish all the time!- My interests include writing, board games, spending time with family, and honing my survival skills!

  As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member I come alongside teams and organizations around the world to help them achieve their vision, mission, and goals within the local community through leadership coaching and consulting. I have worked in person alongside teams throughout the U.S., Middle East, and Europe.My specialties include:-Consulting with individuals and teams to identify, cast, and communicate short and long term vision and then equipping them with the skills and process to achieve it.-Providing training to organizations on the leadership development process and effective community engagement.-Coaching leaders on small-group and team dynamics.I received my MLCT certification in 2018, but began working full-time as a leadership consultant in August of 2021.
