In this role, I am back to doing all the state of CT Department of Social Services (DSS) redeterminations for our clients, keeping everyone current with their benefits. I track attendance to alert DSS and Social Security of anyone who was away for a month or more, and anyone who may have passed away. I also send in paystubs monthly to Social Security for our individuals who have a job. I do the audits with Social Security for all clients. I am the expert on opening pre-need burial accounts, ABLE accounts, and Special Needs Trust funds.
