Acting as the first point of contact for all alumni enquiries in CARO, UoN, I work with my alumni engagement team, Communications, Volunteering and Advocacy, International, Events, Philanthropy, Regular Giving, Donor Relations and Finance to ensure that I am able to provide the right response to alumni queries and be a problem solver. I also interact with teams exterior to CARO, such as documents team, graduate certificates team, graduations team, UoN sports, UoN estates, Assessments, Programmes and faculties so that entire UoN as a team provides the best and timely customer service to all our stakeholders. My role includes planning of alumni events like webinars, reunions, supporter receptions and interactions between volunteers and students. I follow-up or chase with other teams to ensure that the enquirer gets a response and remains satisfied with UoN's customer service. In this role in UoN, I work closely with the Information Management Team (IMT) in ensuring Data Protection Act and GDPR guidelines are followed and upheld in letter and spirit.I work with a huge database comprising records of nearly 300000 alumni daily.

Working on the Indian General Elections or the largest elections in the world, was definitely a very enriching experience.
