Plans, organizes and directs the activities of Human Resources, including recruitment and selection of team members, classification and compensation, employee benefits, environmental , health and safety, organizational development and training, payroll, labor relations, affirmative actions and risk management. Maintains the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and critical business information and in this position applies professional knowledge and personal judgment to a variety of technical personnel and managerial issues. Using excellent customer service skills, I establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, Board members and other external stakeholders. My role has supervisory responsibilities and provides staff support to professional staff. In addition, I serve as a member of senior leadership teams—management and senior staff.
