This was my first "User Experience" job; I did not know it at the time. After reflection of my career, I realized how crucial it was in my path into User Experience. Working with the Education team to do interviews with visitors at an exhibit made me understand the importance of research and getting your point across with as few words as possible. The mantra was, "How do we make sure our visitors leave this exhibit learning something." The Scientists wanted a dissertation of their knowledge with a ton of text. Balancing out that relationship was key to being successful.
