Duty Manager

Provides management services of incoming cases for 87+ active clients including; Center for Disease Control, Sony, Unilever, Exxon Mobile, Mitsui, Unilever, Marathon Petroleum, Amtrak and many more.• Functions as a first point of contact for incoming client requests and incident reports via e-bonding and phone; takes ownership of initial communications and employs established processes to perform scoping and triage, as well as ensure timely ownership or escalation. • This includes working with the customer to gather sufficient, detailed information to effectively scope and triage service requests as well as incident reports. Recommends and performs initial troubleshooting with client as needed for scoping and validation of incident reports.• Works with and escalates service requests or incident reports based on triage and/or case criteria such as: "first in, first out" (FIFO), Severity/Priority, SLAs, or other existing processes and procedures.• Through continuous review, ensures all open requests and incidents are being worked to resolution; escalates any aged cases as needed for ownership and accountability.• Takes ownership of basic incidents or service requests (e.g.: data restores; "adds/removals") and drives them to resolution.2) Review the OPS queue for cases in breach of SLA or at risk thereof. If the case can be brought within SLA by providing or requesting an update, then do so; otherwise, escalate to a resource immediately.
