- Facilities and IT departments and members coordination- Administration and controlling for the Facilities and ITbudget including invoice analysis, mobile phone program, telecom sourcing, printer sourcing- Contact to outside vendors (quotes)- Organization of events- IT equipment purchase- Budget and ongoing forecast control- Development and administrate Facilities and IT projects- Access Control management- Attend conference calls related to Facilities and IT department issues and requests- Reviewing the process invoices for equipment and services (e.g. fixed and mobile telecom, hardware, hardware repairs, and peripherals)- Equipment purchase and replacement (laptops and mobile phones)- Asset replacement process - at end of lifecycle or hardware failure- Implementation local asset disposal policy, which may include sale of old assets to staff, or disposal via local market or charity
