I assist customers at the checkout with their purchases. I place catalog orders and deliver catalog orders at the store. I clean fitting rooms, maintain my AOR to corporate core standards and assist customers with finding whatever they are looking to purchase at our store. I am also sometimes tasked with additional projects when necessary. I am usually in the Men's/Junior's/Sports areas, but can also assist in the Women's and Children's departments as needed.

I support all departments including VP's, Directors, territory sales managers, and Manufacturer's Reps with a variety of projects including Contract Management, project management, email notifications, vendor qualification and other projects and both the Safety and Wellness committees. I book travel, assist colleagues with passport/visa needs, prepare expense reports, etc. I see myself as a Facilitator, solving problems that are identified throughout the day.

I managed a busy independent insurance agency selling life, health and annuities working for two agents and taking care of customers on my own when the agents were out of the office. Helped grow the business to well over 200 accounts. Provided customer service and assistance to policy holders.

Assisted the Superintendent’s secretary and other Board offices with daily work.
