Review paperwork and verify completeness of intake process and ensure that documentation is entered into the operating system accurately. Utilize Microsoft Office in performing basic data entry functions while supporting operations with other administrative routine tasks. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, as needed, for billing and reporting. Index (Data Capture) by locating key data on emailed correspondences and sorting documents into appropriate shared sub folders according to department specifications. Provide high quality service by completing records management requests, document research and process historical statement requests. Complete quality assurance on completed entries to ensure accuracy/compliance within set business guidelines and correcting variances as needed. Other duties and support tasks as assigned.
