Responsible for building and maintaining highly proactive, long-term, internal and external business relationships in respect of Employee Benefits services.Core Responsibilities:• Maintaining multiple lines of communication with the customer.• Building long term relationships with key stakeholders.• Engaging with customers at a senior level.• Answering product related questions from customers.• Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.• Being the escalation point in case of support service issues .• Working directly with clients to address their concerns and meet their needs.• Presenting detailed solutions to customers in a clear and easy to understand way.• Making sure that customer requirements are delivered on a timely basis.• Keeping up to date with any developments as they occur and keeping all parties informed.• Involved in staff recruitment, development and training• Various Administrative Tasks including team and office management

Develop excellent relationships with a panel of intermediaries in order to deliver agreed targets for Group Risk Products.• Develop annual plans to meet sales targets by product line for both new business and retention.• Provide and maintain Account Plans for key accounts within panel• Work with Sales Support to develop accounts and hit new business and retention targets.• Provided expertise to Group Risk market by establishing strong long-term profitable relationships and profile with key Group Risk accounts.
