I have spent the last 28 yrs working for the Resort and Entertainment company; Walt Disney World, known for their premier excellence in customer service, guest experience and top level training. I have participated in 6 opening teams, worked in various divisions (such as): Attractions, Food and Beverage, Merchandise, Guest Services, Casting, Resort Operations, Ticketing, and Sales Channel Services.I was honored to be in a group of 10% chosen from over 300 candidates to facilitate the Walt Disney World orientation program. The ‘Traditions’ program introduces the new hires to our culture, history, heritage, mission statement and instills that bit of ‘Pixie Dust.’ I also did lead, coordinator, training and office positions; was elected to serve on certain councils representing my fellow cast members and received the honor of ‘Partners in Excellence ‘ nominated by my peers for the top 3% in an area in the second year of inception.During the time spent with WDW, I also worked with and had positions at AAA, FedEx and assisted at several Operating Participant events.I have worked with large budgets, formidable groups, confidential information and challenging situations.
