    Three roles undertaken simultaneously:1. Following the sale of OnePath to Zurich, identified a delivery gap in the Zurich Enterprise Release cycle so created a function to manage change & business delivery across each Release cycle for staff, customers & advisers. This function grew to also incorporate the Swift streams / Agile squads when they aligned to the Zurich Release cycle. Once Swift finished, this continued on a broader scale into the next official role from Sept 2022.2. Swift Change Practice Lead - Swift was a massive program of work with 400+ dedicated resources across many project streams working to integrate the OnePath business into Zurich. Most streams ran independently, each with their own resources, timeline, deliverables and Change Managers (CMs). I saw a gap in the Change approach so created & managed a community of CMs:* Cross-stream education of the CMs & consolidated views of the program, working to identify where to consolidate/integrate/ co-ordinate on common outcomes, timing, stakeholders.* Recruitment of CMs for Swift.* Conducted QA on key Change artefacts & ensured a consistent approach* Ensured CMs had the support required from their stream/the program & advocating for them at a Program level.3. Lead the customer/adviser experience stream across all of Swift - I identified a key gap that there was no consolidated & consistent approach across the multiple migration streams to manage the customer/adviser experience. The Swift Sponsor approved for me to establish a separate stream - 4 major migrations, 400k+ customers, 10k+ advisers, multiple interim steps to get customer data, process and policies across to Zurich and ensure they could be successfully supported by the integrated businesses.
