About Deborah Dawson

Having been involved in the fitness industry for many years as a personal trainer, competition prep coach and health coach I have extensive knowledge in nutrition, resistance exercise and the ability to motivate and drive people to reach there goals.The fitness industry is an area of my life in which I love so its no surprise that I have made it a career move and advanced to becoming a health club manager.This role has been challenging and satisfying.
