Words Plus was created to serve the not-for-profit and faith-based communities with incorporation as well as grant development and proposals. Words Plus seeks to assist those organizations who are eligible to receive grants but do not have the resources needed to secure them. Words Plus facilitates workshops (Building an Effective Board of Directors, Fundraising Techniques, etc.) to further aid these organizations.

As Assistant Property Manager, I am primarily responsible for effectively computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing and resident relations for the community. Routinely, I perform combinations of calculating, posting and verifying payments to vendors, process resident rental payments and obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining the accounting records for six (6) properties.
