Since 2003, Continental Management has provided full service property management to the Michigan affordable housing industry as well as maintain a standard as an industry leader by supporting local, state and national apartment associations.
Continental Management has a wealth of in-house expertise, which allows us to provide training programs and
specialized services that other companies typically outsource. Most training and education is taught by our five National Apartment Association certified Advanced Instructor Trainers. We provide training in fair housing, customer service, risk management, leasing, outreach, compliance, inspections, legal processing, leadership and finance.
