An experienced OD consultant, I joined Sheppard Moscow in 2005 after a career working in corporate strategy, international development and organisation consulting. I became a Partner in 2008. I was particularly drawn to working with Sheppard Moscow because of the way they exemplify their values in their client work and internal relationships. All of my practice; whether that be one on one coaching, work with groups and teams, through to whole organisation consulting is designed to impact on business performance. I help clients make the links between their own transformation and the impact of this on the wider organisational system. I coach leaders on how they can stimulate change by exemplifying the required change in their own behaviour. I am able to draw on 20+ years in the corporate sector to help clients in understanding their impact on others.My clients say that they experience me as being authentic and warm in my approach and that I invest a lot of energy in developing a challenging and purposeful culture with them. I prefer not to see myself as an 'expert adviser' but rather as a fellow traveller who works with clients to help them in their own discovery.
