Cultured mouse embryonic stem cells for embroid body formation and subsequent differentiations. Harvested and prepared mouse tissues for culture and transplantation studies. Performed gene expression assays via real time PCR. Performed DNA, RNA and protein extractions from cell and tissue samples. Conducted PCR, gel electrophoresis, Western blotting techniques, Northern blotting techniques with radiolabeled micro RNA probes, and transduction / transfection of cell lines. Developed tissue digest and culture techniques for muscle and skin tissues. Sample collection, immunostaining, FACS analysis , non-surgical and surgical duties.
