Work with various aged elementary students in need of academic assistance. I work one on one with children focusing on what they may need help with specific to them. I sometimes step in as a substitute for a class. I teach predominately Reading and sometimes Math. I must be flexible at all times and patient. Insight-fulness is necessary, I have the ability to spot an issue and jump in and aid in any way needed. I work well with a variety of numerous co-workers.
